Microscopy

H. L. Clausing Inc has the capability to perform surface inspection and microscopy on both large and small surfaces.

High power microscopy allows analysis of fine structure artifacts.

Low power microscopy allows analysis of wide field surface regions.

Both systems are equipped with Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) optics and high resolution measurement software.

Measurement software is calibrated to NIST standandards.
